NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies, Columbia University

An interior renovation of the offices at Columbia University’s Armstrong Building in Harlem, New York, with approximately 50,000 SF of existing office space on five floors renovated to meet new standards for work environments including a 20 foot lush Eco Wall vertical plant system. Walls were replaced with full height glazing panels with new fixtures and furniture through-out. Electrical service was upgraded and the HVAC Systems cleaned and balanced with Collaboration Rooms which feature large screen video conferencing within an open floor plan. This renovation also included a 9’ x 15’ foot state-of-the-art “Hyper-Wall”, a High Definition digital display wall.
